This tea is crafted with morning sickness in mind, but can be enjoyed throughout all pregnancy. Even if you are NOT pregnant, this tea will aid with nausea quickly!!

Directions: Steep 1tsp to 1 tbsp of tea for 10 minutes. 

Ingredients: Lemon Balm, Oatstraw, Freeze-dried Blueberry, Lavender, Spearmint
