Mellow Morning Mate

A yerba mate tea, blended with citrus peels and relaxing herbs for a balanced sip. This tea is gentle on the stomach and elicits a "calm caffeination".

Directions: Steep 1tsp to 1 tbsp of tea for up to 5-7 minutes. 

Available in two sizes: 1.5 oz or 0.5 oz

Ingredients: Yerba Mate, Lemon Balm, Ginger, Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Spearmint
